Education

In 1981 I graduated on the Deans List from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science.

In 1994 I completed the Hellerwork Structural Integration training (Hellerwork.com). This 1,250 hour training is like getting your Masters in Massage. This training was provided by the Body of Knowledge Inc. in West Los Angeles. The training and institution are approved by the California Department of Education in compliance with California Education code section 94311.1.

The Hellerwork Practioner Training Program is career training in what is generically known as Physical Integration Practiioner (Dept. of Labor #076-264-010)

From 1994 to present I studied an additional 1,350+ hours in various body/mind related classes.

In 2012 I completed the 216 hr Somatic Experiencing Training: https://traumahealing.org/

I have continued my S.E./touch for trauma education to include another 914 hours of classes, 620 of those were with Kathy Kain and Kathy Kain/Steve Terrell.

I have assisted S.E. trainings with Kathy Kain, Joshua Sylvae, Steve Hoskinson and Ariel Giarretto.

I have assisted all levels, and continue assisting and taking classes to deepen my knowledge of this deeply complex, fascinating subject.
